Actively Hiring a Product Illustrator
Our client is searching for a Product Illustrator to join a team of creatives that designs and produces animatronic -like figures, structures and props for holiday seasons.
Title: Product Illustrator
Employment type: Direct Hire/ Full time
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 based on experience
Location: Berkley, CA- on site required.
Responsibilities:
Create spec sheets and detail renders to show original content creation specifics such as life-like colors, measurements, costume, sculpted angles, shadows, lighting details
Determine audio ques to accompany product Produce detail illustrations to show art direction using CAD renders or photos Assist, as needed, to create PPT presentations for new products
Edit products based on internal and external review reviews
Occasional travel required
Requirements:
Must provide portfolio to be eligible for consideration
Must be a San Francisco, Bay Area local
Anatomical illustration and drawing ability; character expression, postures, poses
Expert knowledge in Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Lightroom Familiar with Outlook/Windows Experience with CAD, Pen (ieWaycom) and Gaming Laptop Excellent communication and team collaboration
BA or MFA in Design or similar field required 3+ years of experience in character or product design
Bonus: experience in clay modeling, sculpture or fine arts!
