The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a knack for connecting with people and a general interest in music, storytelling, and relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers through various sales strategies, including online outreach, social media platforms, and in-person interactions.
Explain the value and unique qualities of our custom song services to prospective clients.
Guide customers through the song customization process, helping them select the right artist and ensuring their story is captured perfectly.
Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine our offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with both face-to-face and digital communication.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different sales scenarios.
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.
A general interest in music and appreciation for the emotional power of personalized songs.
Comfortable working in a commission-based role without a fixed salary.
Proven experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or content creation.
