Sales and Marketing Director

Kendal~Crosslands Communities has been a leader in the senior services field for over 50 years. Located in the heart of the Brandywine Valley, it is steeped in Quaker values. We are a not-for-profit retirement community with two Life Plan Communities (over 500 residences) and two 50+ Communities (with 74 residences) dedicated to older adults' care, dignity, and respect. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join the team and drive our growth strategy forward.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our community and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with our occupancy goals, financial objectives, and diversity initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to leadership of a team, development of lead-generating and nurturing campaigns, oversight of digital advertising initiatives, managing the budget effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the community and with external partners.

Qualifications include a minimum of a bachelor's degree with 10 years related retirement sales experience and 5 years experience in a leadership role. Must have strong team-building and leadership skills and a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
