Responsibilities

The digital marketing manager position presents an opportunity to join a growing division within an established organization of creative-minded real estate professionals. With a focus on storytelling, local partnerships, and community, the marketing team works to create and communicate the brand vision for each unique property while developing clear and effective strategies to support the company's various business objectives. This position will work primarily on the company's flagship mixed-use destination (recently rebranded as CityPlace) to help drive traffic and positive brand perceptions of the property.

Responsibilities for CityPlace include marketing planning and strategy, digital content creation and management, development, execution and analysis of digital and offline marketing campaigns, and collateral creation and production. Supporting the marketing director, the digital marketing manager plays a key role in maintaining the online presence for active properties, implementing marketing strategies and supporting Related Southeast's brand positioning and image.

Primary Responsibilities:Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social media (paid and organic), email, rewards program platform, and websiteWork with CRM team to optimize software for use in customer relationship marketingMaintain day-to-day management across digital channels highlighting brand pillarsDesign and create content for e-newsletters, social media, rewards program, presentations, brochures, invitations, marketing signage, merchandise and other collateral, ensuring all assets align with brand standardsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing channels and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Track and report on digital marketing budgetIdentify trends and insights on digital platforms and optimize campaigns accordingly for optimized performanceManage agencies and collaborate with marketing partnersCapture content at events and photoshoots for use with campaigns and social media coverageSupport the marketing director with special projects and tasks, as neededMaintain library of presentations, collateral and photography and videography libraryQualifications

At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, working on content creation and executionBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fieldExperience working in a high profile, commercial environment - real estate, hospitality, architecture or lifestyle marketing experience a plusSolid understanding of and experience with implementing digital growth strategies across multiple platformsExperience using social media channels to build brand awareness and drive salesExperience with social media management tools and social listening platforms (including but not limited to Sprout Social and Google Analytics)Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong copywriting skills with the ability to communicate the brand's voice and messaging including the delivery of an exceptional guest experienceTapped into social trends and cultureProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to carry out basic tasks on Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Movie Maker or similar platformsMust be detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to multi-task, shift direction easily and be proactiveAbility to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced work environmentDiligent, accountable and able to follow direction wellBenefits:
