Junior Graphic Designer
to join our creative team.
How Do You Fit In?
Under the direction of the Junior Art Director, the
Junior Graphic Designer
is responsible for the execution of brand creative that translates business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand. You'll be able to clearly communicate creative ideas to both supervisors and stakeholders, collaborate on ideation with fellow designers, and work with the project management team to deliver solutions that are timely and effective.
This position will report to the
Junior Art Director.
What you will do:Design and develop engaging visual content for digital/e-commerce campaigns including site banners, landing pages, emails and social assets.Provide design support on print projects such mailers, booklets, and OOH designs as neededEnsure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projectsSupport cross-functional teams with design needs and provide creative input and solutions as requiredCollaborate with the Jr Art Director and team of designers to execute creative concepts for promotional series, seasonal campaigns and brand initiativesEnsure that all projects are delivered in a timely mannerDemonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskEnsure on time and accurate delivery of all projectsLearn and leverage knowledge of our customers and company KPI's to assure we are creating optimal assetsStay up to date with the latest design trendsWhat you can bring:
Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion industry or a related fieldOnline portfolio that demonstrates technical graphic design ability and creative thinkingStrong knowledge of asset creation with the ability to work with data and analysis to optimize creativeStrong collaboration within creative team as well as cross-functionalProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience working with Figma, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and other relevant design softwareProject management systems experience (ie. Asana, Jira, Wrike)Strong technical skillsAnimation/Motion Graphic skills a plusStrong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and compositionAbility to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environmentMaintain a flexible mind and positive attitudeDetail oriented and organizedBFA/BA in Graphic Design

The hourly range for this position is from $26.90-28.85. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
