We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Event Manager to assist the Senior Director of Marketing, Partnerships & Events. The successful candidate will play an important role in organizing, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our clients event operations, ensuring they are delivered flawlessly and have a significant impact. Applicants should have a solid background in event management within the payments space, excellent project management skills, and a knack for building relationships with partners and suppliers.

What You Will Do:

Assist with the development and implementation of the annual event schedule.Organize and manage all logistics for trade shows, customer conferences, and partner events.Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to achieve event goals.Manage the setup, running, and breakdown of events, ensuring a marketing presence at necessary shows and events.Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth event operations.Supervise event staff and coordinate volunteers as needed.Support the Senior Director in managing partner events and sponsorship initiatives.Engage with partners to secure sponsorships and participation, aligning with broader marketing and partnership strategies.Maintain communication with partners to meet deliverables and integrate them effectively into events.Build and sustain partner relationships to enhance event outcomes.Help create marketing materials and communication plans for events.Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all event-related materials.Utilize various channels to promote events, aiming to increase attendance and engagement.Ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all channels for pre-event, during, and post-event activities.Oversee event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with financial practices.Monitor expenses and update the Senior Director on budget status regularly.Gather and assess feedback and performance data from events, focusing on lead generation, opportunities, and return on investment.Offer insights and recommendations to enhance future events.Develop detailed post-event reports and presentations for stakeholders.What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management within a payments/merchant acquiring company.Strong project management and organizational capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage time effectively, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.Proficient with event management software and tools.Experienced in budget management and financial oversight.Willingness to travel as needed for events.
