The COVID Marketing Senior Director will report to the Head of COVID Franchise, Marketing, and will work in close collaboration with transversal partners, to define end-to-end brand strategies and tactics. These partners including US commercial colleagues, Portfolio Marketing, Marketing Excellence & Operations, B&OS, Flu Operations, Medical, Public Affairs, Market Access and Finance, as well as Global partners such as Franchise and Brand Excellence.

Job Highlights:

Develop and communicate a compelling vision and purpose for the brand.

Build and execute the roadmap for the relaunch of Nuvaxovid using your extensive experience in market and customer insights, marketing strategy, brand value and differentiation, launch planning and execution.

Achieve annual sales and profit targets as planned.

Identify brand growth objectives and risk mitigation plans to maximize brand value (P&L) by (1) Building strong brand identity and marketing strategies (2) Embedding market research and competitive insights along with performance feedback to continuously optimize tactics (3) Developing strong digital presence and customer experience (4) orchestrating end-to-end execution maintaining a rolling 12-18 month master calendar.

Guide development of rationale and decisions on pricing, positioning, promotion, distribution, market research, regulatory and other issues which impact product marketing.

Collaborate with transversal partners to ensure alignment of brand strategic imperatives in sales, account management, medical, public affairs and delivery operations priorities.

Develop budgets in proportion to their impact on revenues to achieve the greatest profit contribution.

Routinely expand relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to uncover opportunities, which enhance value to customers.

Basic Qualifications:

BS in business administration or life sciences

8-10 years experience in Pharma/vaccines

Experience and desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment

Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Masters

Marketing, product launch, policy or marketing access experience in the U.S.

Team leadership (people management) experience.

Demonstrated breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including; the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
