A P&G Community Manager will be responsible for:
Lead internal and external agencies on social media and influencer marketing strategy, execution and content creationEncourage collaboration between outside agencies and troubleshoot diplomatically when neededMonitor and engage with pop culture trends and social media/digital industry trends across all categories to build relevant and interesting contentResearch trends outside of the industry and apply that knowledge to the holistic digital strategy for the brandManage social and influencer marketing strategy across platforms including Instagram and TikTokUtilize analytical skills to decipher data and recommend actionable next stepsEngage team members and other stakeholders from across the organization to maximize opportunities to leverage social media to support brand initiativeMust haves:
3 to 5 years of digital and social media experienceAt least 3 years of experience managing social media and influencer campaigns for consumer brands across multiple social platformsPrevious experience managing SEM, SEO, paid search and organic search and ability to drive search strategySolid project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines and within budget parametersA positive/can-do attitude and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience with content management systems and social analytics toolsProven experience and results in digital and social media programs from strategy development through to execution across platformsProven affinity to the social spaceCollaborative and proactive leadership style for working with external agencies and internal teamsExcellent written, verbal and multimedia communications skills especially in the social spaceAbility to thrive under pressure and keep the teams positively motivatedExperience in the Health Care industry is of interest due to the regulatory requirementsP&G's freelancer opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
