Summary:

All Native Group is seeking a eLearning Content Developer to serve as lead for the rapid development of eLearning products such as games, quizzes, courses, and other trackable assets developed for IT training curricula and learning activities.

Essential Functions1.?Develops interactive eLearning asset catalog for IT training efforts with rapid eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Lectora2.?Deliverables to be produced include interactive modules, gamified courses, quizzes, storyboards, and other learning products to be hosted on FSiLearn and/or other sites3.?Develops storyboards and other planning materials associated with online course development4.?Programs complex branching scenarios, interactions, and gamified courses5. Edits photos, vector images, and videos as needed6. Adheres to visual design principles, multimedia learning principles, and user experience design best practices7.?Programs using common web-based markup and scripting languages such as HTML, JavaScript or JSON8.?Creates and manipulates raster-based and vector-based graphics programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, Pixelmator, or InkscapeCompetenciesAttention to detailInterpersonal SkillsKnowledge about area of expertiseSupervisory ResponsibilityNone required for this position

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Schedule and Hours of WorkTeaching, testing, development, and program management take place based on the needs of FSI, Monday through Friday, 0615-1745 EST. A 45-minute lunch break is required for all contractors working five hours or more during the workday. The 45-minute lunch break must be taken between the hours of 1030 and 1400.

A contractor authorized to work virtually from outside of the greater Washington D.C. area must be approved by the COR/ACOR.

The Department of States workweek is Sunday through Saturday. At the Task Order level identified with in the SoW, on occasion training may be delivered remotely during the business hours of the locality where the students are located. The regional schedule work shall only apply for the duration of the training, after which the employee would revert to the regularly assigned schedule. Examples of potential regional schedules are listed below:WHA 13:00-20:00 UTC (9am-4pm EST)EUR/AF 8:00-15:00 UTC (4am-11am EST)NEA 5:00-12:00 UTC (1am-8am EST)SCA 3:00-10:00 UTC (11pm-6am EST) *EAP 1:00-8:00 UTC (9pm-4am EST)The regional schedules listed above are examples and remain subject to change as determined by program requirements and as directedTravelDomestic travel may be required for approximately 5% of the year.International travel may be required for approximately 5% of the year.Experience1.??At least 2 years experience in instructional design and educational theory and examples of reflecting understanding into product design2.??Strong communication and collaboration skills; specifically the ability to clearly explain the design and development process to stakeholders and peers3.??Should have an available portfolio of eLearning product examples including at least two of the following content types: online course, serious game, or interactive graphicEducationMinimum high school diploma, an associate degree is preferredAdditional Eligibility Qualifications1.?More than 5 years experience in instructional design and educational theory and examples of reflecting understanding into product designii.???2. Curious and constantly up to date on the latest trends and emerging technologies in the eLearning industry3.?Experience developing online content for adult learners4.?Familiarity with Microsoft 365 for Business and Google Workspace
