Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with a major automotive financial services company for an Training and Communication Coordinator to work in Portland, OR.**Title:** **Training and Communication Coordinator****Location: Portland, OR****Pay: Competitive Pay****Hybrid work schedule****About the job:**+ It will also be responsible for the distribution, coordination, and asset management of internal communications.+ This role will serve as a key liaison with our creative agency, ensuring smooth execution of the communication and belonging strategy.+ The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual passionate about fostering employee growth and development through innovative training solutions and compelling communication strategies.+ The position requires a self-starter who can contribute creatively to the team while also being able to manage tasks well and maintain close attention to detail.Qualifications:+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Training Coordination, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.+ Fluency in German is a plus.+ Must be able to travel to Germany.+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, internal social intranet, MS Suite, and common e-learning authoring tools.+ Experience with learning management systems and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.+ Standard Mechanics of outbound communications (Newsletters, Emails)Top 3 must-have hard skills+ Microsoft Office Collaboration Suit experience is a must+ Writing Copywriting stories for articles+ Familiarity with engineering culture would be a plusWhat’s in it for you:+ Competitive pay+ Hybrid schedule+ Medical / Dental / Visions insurance+ Voluntary matching 401(k) savings planWant to learn more?
