FocusKPI is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager/Associate to join the customer lifecycle marketing (CLM) and Information technology service management (ITSM) teams within our client.This Campaign Manager/Associate to help drive end-to-end campaigns and increase full funnel demand for their ITSM cloud products. Working closely with demand generation and product marketing managers, your role will be to plan and execute the B2B campaigns to engage with Jira Service Management prospects for upsell, x-sell, and expansion opportunities. A typical campaignmanager is responsible for creating marketing and advertising plans andmonitoring these programs across various owned and 3rd channelsWork Location: Remote - anywhere in the US; PST is preferredDuration: 11-12 monthsPay Range: $50/hr to $62/hrResponsibilities:+ Support (coordinate campaign execution, communication, operations) the work of internal cross functional partners and external marketing agencies+ Create campaign plans and work x-functionally working with Operations, Design, Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation strategists for execution+ Evaluating impact on campaign performance by channels and assets relating to funnel engagement and business outcomes+ Coordinate operational processes (ticketing, calendars, light project management) across multiple teamsQualifications:+ Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent experience/training required+ 5+ years of experience in demand generation across B2B (preferably with some experience working at a mid to large Enterprise company+ Expert knowledge of marketing principles+ Experience implementing marketing programs and processes+ Understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys+ A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend+ Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a big plus+ Program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams+ Previous experience with marketing tech stack, such as Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce+ Strategic and organizational planning skills+ The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done+ Effective oral and written communication+ Problem-solving skills, self starting attitude, and the ability to excel in a dynamic large enterprise setting with evolving variablesThank you!FocusKPI Hiring TeamFounded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
