About the Role

PhotoAssist is looking for an Image Researcher to work on a wide range of visual materials for demanding, high-profile clients. This dynamic role covers many fascinating topics and serves as a critical connection between our in-house editorial/background research and our clients.

We are a small team and often wear many hats as we work to accommodate the ever-changing needs of our clients. In addition to finding the right image, this role may be involved in social media marketing, project management, copywriting, and more.

Responsibilities and Duties

• -Working both independently and with colleagues to provide the most accurate assets possible
• -Communicating directly with clients and other shareholders to determine the shifting needs for each project
• -Juggling multiple competing deadlines
• -Identifying reliable sources for visual materials
• -Preparing documentation for licensing visual materials

Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working with stock image agencies, photographers, and other rights holders to support licensing and permissions to use intellectual property. They will have some experience with social media marketing and project management.
