This role will be supported 100% onsite daily in El Segundo, CA.What You'll Be DoingLead and Grow the CED Microwave Laboratory

Balance technician job loads and assignmentsDevelop and implement work processes and quality checksFoster and follow through on technician skills development programsIdentify opportunities, develops and implements plans for additional, expanded, and new capabilities and customersManage other general laboratory activities

Provide subject matter expertise in microwave, analog and/or digital electronicsAssist Department Director with other departmental managerial activities, such as reporting, staff performance, budgeting, and strategyDuties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned as neededWhat You Need to be SuccessfulBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, related engineering or physics disciplineMinimum of 5 years related hands-on Laboratory-based Microwave, Analog or Digital circuits experience (time spent obtaining a M.S. or Ph.D. will count toward this)Team leadership, creativity in problem solving, mentorship activities, and addressing teaming/interpersonal challengesAbility to interface successfully with external and internal organizations and customersWilling to travel domestically approximately 10%This position requires ability to obtain and then maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. Government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.How You Can Stand OutIt would be impressive if you have one or more of these:Current TS/SCI ClearanceExperience with microwave measurements using ANY of the following instruments: Network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, AWGsWorked with PCB/PWB circuit board design and/or layoutKnowledge machine shop toolsExperience with microwave circuit fabricationWe offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.(Min - Max)$134,200 - $167,700 Pay Basis: Annual
