Position Summary

It is the responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator to assist the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development and customer service efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the development of print and digital marketing materials, including, but not limited to product/application literature, marketing kits, specific product promotions, product literature, advertisements, presentations, posters, catalogs, press releases, price lists, other marketing documents and any other special marketing needs.Assist in the coordination of trade shows and demo materials as directed.Update marketing materials in Sharepoint, catalogs and website as directed.Participate in initial planning meetings to understand the objectives of each project.Assist in writing body copy for promotional materials.Continuously assist in updates to product, personnel, element cross reference, literature and other information on the websites in a timely manner.Review designs for errors and misspellings before passing to Director of Sales & Marketing.Use Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office to create electronic versions of designs.Develop signs and environmental graphics.Photograph products and manipulate raw files in the retouch process. Take high-quality product photos and cut them out using Adobe Photoshop for use in promotional materials and product manuals.Provide organizational support for distributor training seminar(s) (i.e. gather literature, update and print certificates).Work closely with the Product Management team to execute product launches.Maintain budget that is developed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.Attend team meetings to discuss upcoming sales goals and objectives.Other duties as assigned.Requirements

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or other art and design subject is preferred.Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.) is required.One year experience is preferred.Skills and Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills is required.Excellent time management and organizational skills is required.Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively is required.
