Overview:

This individual will lead and influence all aspects of the creative expressions of the amaran brand externally across paid and owned channels, sponsorships, brand, events, as well as internally with flagship events that fuel the company's transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading both in-house and internal creative teams to deliver exceptional and breakthrough work across a wide range of brand touchpoints.

How You Will Lead:

Brand

Elevate the amaran brand through a dynamic and ownable visual identityDefine and activate clear and authentic voice and tone guidelines to help bring amaran's personality to life across audiences and channelsRefine and execute the amaran platform brand architecture and product ecosystemGTM

Campaign creative development (paid and owned)Go to market creative concepting and implementation for corporate responsibility efforts with focus on financial literacyamaran brand building across key regions and functional areascom end to end design and content strategyWork closely with creative counterparts across the amaran product ecosystem to build in-house marketing capabilities by streamlining usage of agencies and scaling centralized creative supportEstablish amaran Dome as a 'world-class', tech-led, entertainment venue that transforms the fan experience strengthens the community and powers prosperity in unprecedented waysIncrease amaran awareness and partnership include KOLsLeadership Skills / Experiences:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in art, design, media, or similar area of study10+ years of related experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Art Director in either an agency or in-house creative roleDigital media focused portfolio with high caliber work for both awareness and performance marketing projects requiredStrong social media experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTubeAbility to communicate with and present to team members at all levelsHighly adaptive and flexible, comfortable with ambiguityExcellent situational awareness and emotional intelligenceBilingual in Mandarin is a plus

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles is $160,000 to $180,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
