Job Summary
Expeditors are the gatekeepers of quality control organization and rhythm, linking the front-of-house and back-of-house teams in our restaurant.
Expos ensure orders are accurate, hot and presentable before they leave the kitchen. They often take charge of table tickets, coordinating pickups so everyone at the table gets their food at the same time.
Day-to-Day
Checking that orders have been made correctlyAdding garnishesCleaning the plates by wiping the rimCommunicating between servers and cooksKeeping the area clean and up to health department standardsRunning food to tablesAbout You
