Boulo Solutions is partnering with a small firm based out of Pittsburgh, PA who is looking to hire a part time, remote Executive Marketing Assistant to join their team. The firm offers product consulting and design assistance for commercial architects and contractors. If you enjoy marketing functions, admin duties and working on tasks with assigned deadlines with 1-2 meetings per week, this could be a fit for you!
Hourly Rate: $20-25/hour (EST or CST time zones only)Hours: 10-15 hours per week on your own time during office hours
The Executive Marketing Assistant is responsible for all Marketing activities and tasks for the company. There is a special emphasis on social media (Linked In mainly) and email marketing. They will manage & prepares company's marketing material, relationships and tasks for all marketing efforts including traditional channels, email, social medial and digital. Also including phone calls, events, promotions, etc.It Is a key component to the branding efforts of our companies and the products we represent.
Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree1-3 years of related experienceEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media (SM) - LinkedIn (mainly), Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.?Social Media - Follow vendors, customers, etc.; Like, comment, reply the sameCreate, write, and post BlogsCreate, prepare, and send monthly/quarterly Broadcast Emails - architects and customersReview Lead Services - managing and using company servicesReviewing newspapers, magazines, etc. for marketing leads and ideas. Online or hardcopyDevelop and manage existing and new customer contact listsManage existing and new contactsCreate, prepare, and send monthly/quarterly NewslettersIntro & project specific calls - ArchitectsLunch Seminars Events - initiate, prepare, manage, communicate set-up & attendCreate, Plan and Procure marketing items - shirts, promotional items, etc.Manage all SM and Email ConnectionsSCM digital marketing - GoogleAds, Google Shopping, etc.Manage Pictures, videos, and blogs - installations videos, product videos, VlogsManage Website upgradeStaff - photos, intros, website photosCreate, prepare, and send Product emails - intros, promotions, etc.Create, prepare, send, and track Project specific template emails to architectsManage SCM - retargeting effortsAs this is a new position, more duties/responsibilities to be added as position grows
