About The Role:

Flex is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our new leads platform. This platform leverages Flex's extensive property network to offer targeted marketing opportunities for supplemental and complementary products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, partnership management, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Strategic Development & Execution

Assist in developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies for targeting Flex's users, leveraging known data to optimize timing and relevance of product offerings.Help build and manage targeted marketing campaigns to upsell product and service offerings, using known data to enhance messaging and maximize conversion opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to develop email campaigns and other marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.Work with key stakeholders to generate creative ideas, build creatives, and run them through compliance and legal review.Continuously A/B test creatives and segment audiences to maximize conversions based on performance data.

Support Partnership Management:

Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with high-potential service providers to offer their products through the Flex leads platform.Collaborate with project managers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing strategies.Conduct market assessments and partner analysis to optimize marketing approaches and partnership strategies.

Targeted Marketing and Optimization:

Utilize CRM systems to structure and execute targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Flex's overall marketing strategy.Assist in implementing data-driven marketing strategies to expand reach beyond email, including paid marketing initiatives.Collaborate with Data Science to leverage data and campaign results to help build more effective targeting.Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize long-term business value.

Risk Mitigation and Performance Measurement:

Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to user adoption, partnership dependencies, and potential cannibalization of core platform products.Support building robust analytics and performance measurement systems to monitor the impact of marketing strategies on both the leads platform and core product conversion.Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure compliance with rules and regulations regarding verbiage and creatives.Utilize performance statistics and A/B test results to continuously improve outcomes.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a SaaS or property management context.Demonstrated ability to support the development and execution of successful marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.The national pay range for this role is $145,000-$164,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
