About this role:
Rackner is seeking a Web Content Developer to support a DoD program, Platform One.Platform One is a DoD enterprise service capability intended to make the DoD DevSecOps initiative a reality by leveraging industry best practices, open-source software such as Kubernetes and containers, and commercial solutions to instantiate CI/CD pipelines at various classification levels.Rackner is working with the Platform One program to support these initiatives and provide technical services and expertise for the program's success.Customer Experience is a Customer Facing team comprised of Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Business Account Management, User Design, and IT Service Desk Support.We are seeking professionals with experience / knowledge in a couple of the following:
Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.Content management systems (CMS) and web development platforms.Web design principles, UX/UI design, and responsive design practices.SEO best practices and web analytics tools.Developing and managing web content.Creating and maintaining websites and web applications.Graphic design and multimedia content creation.What will make you successful:
Develop and maintain web content for Platform One's virtual onboarding and training platforms.Ensure web content is up-to-date with the latest Platform One features, technology changes, and policy updates.Work closely with the curriculum developer and training instructor to integrate educational materials into the web platform.Conduct regular reviews and updates of web content to improve user experience and engagement.Monitor and analyze web traffic and user feedback to continuously improve web content and design.Who We Are:
