Global Creative Director

to join our Ashland Inc. business at our Wilmington, Delaware headquarters location. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the award-winning Communications function. This position will report to the Vice President Corporate Affairs, Global Marketing, Brand and Business Communications.**This is a hybrid role with a work from home option but must be commutable to the Wilmington, DE headquarters**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:Manage the Ashland brand and ensure compliance across all touchpointsLead creative development, adhering to Ashland brand standards, from concept through production for corporate, businesses and functions for both print and digital formatsProvided graphic design and art direction to internal designers and external agencies / vendorsManage budgets and forecast with ability to suggest and implement processes for efficiency and cost savingsConcept and develop through completion Corporate Annual Report, ESG Report, Annual Benefits Guide and moreManage custom photography and videography program comprised of studio, facilities and location shoots, from conceptual ideation through production, art direction, and retouching management to create unique, on-brand, visual assets that meet business objectivesConcepting and executing tradeshow booth graphics, email marketing, collateral / literature, digital and print advertising, and moreUp to 10% travel may be requiredIn order to be qualified for this role, you

must possess

the following:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design or equivalent experienceMinimum 15 years creative design experienceStrong organization skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, changing environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlinesUX strategy and website design experienceAdvanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop andProject management tools- preferably Wrike, Digital Asset Management, Power Point, Excel
