What You'll Do
Reporting - influences the direction of the technical aspect of reportsDevelops strategy and takes ownership of technical solutions, including owning and influencing the technical roadmapSets prioritization for domain areasLooks at ways to automate and standardize (such as reporting, campaign, domain, etc.) to scale and bring more value/impactWorks across multiple brandsOwns domain discussion with stakeholders and connects the dots with other programs and in-flight initiativesManages vendor relationshipsEstablishes best practicesLeads development of new functionality, enhancements, and campaign optimizationWhat You Know
Must have 4-6 years of experience working in the respective domain areaAdvanced user of domain-specific toolsStrong business acumen with Retail industry knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in delivering non-technical presentations to business partners at the Executive levelExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests, projects, and initiativesExperience guiding agencies/vendors' work1-2 years of experience as a team or peer lead coaching and mentoring junior members desiredEducation
