Our client is looking for an agency Account Manager to join their growing team. This is onsite in their Atlanta offices.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Account Service team, you are one-part strategic marketing advocate and one-part relationship builder. In this role you are accountable for the overall management of your client relationships and projects, serving as the primary day-to-day point-of-contact and promoting organic growth for all work on the accounts assigned to you. You will aid in developing strategy and influencing client decisionmakers as you continue to expand your knowledge of business, industry, and marketing as it relates to both your clients and the agency. You will succeed by using your abilities to shepherd the most meaningful strategies to solve client problems, to produce great work, and to secure and expand the position and reputation within your accounts. What a growth mindset means: Taking an active role in your own and your client's growth by making a concerted effort to tap or learn from senior agency leadership as appropriate.

Core Responsibilities:• People & Relationship Skills: Understand client drivers, motivators and interpersonal dynamics that lead to long-standing relationships and trust. Showcase your experience and engage senior client and agency contacts. • Money Sense: Learn and manage client-level finance at a transactional level. • Presence & "It Factor": Independently lead/oversee client conversations, client communications and engage with authority (pushing back if necessary) with clients for the benefit of the agency/project/relationship. Handle conflict with calm and grace...and move forward. • Critical Thinking Skills: Understand and articulate business challenges and marketing realities, and how/where/when to engage other subject matter experts (inside or external) to make progress and move through obstacles. • Connecting Dots: Probe business dynamics, question assumptions and help align stakeholders where ambiguity occurs. Learn which dots are most important and discern how to quiet the noise when they're not. • Marketing Discipline: Demonstrate experience with a wide mix of marketing channels and tactics
