Introduction

iRobot is seeking a talented Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Platform to drive and deliver a best-in-class Marketing experience on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform and other iRobot Martech solutions. This is a critical role on our Digital Technology team to drive increased customer engagement and DTC revenue, working closely with a diverse and exciting mix of talented professionals responsible for iRobot's global ecosystem.In addition to having laser focus on producing outstanding capabilities for our customers, the successful candidate will be comfortable leading an evolving team while getting as excited as we do to steer a global leader in consumer robotics to new heights in Digital!What You Will Do:Lead the delivery of the Martech roadmapManage the platform's health and growth and supporting technologies and integrations across the Martech ecosystem including areas such as target audiences, automations, journeys, emails, and personalization.Be part of the Leadership Team that is responsible for executing iRobot's DTC strategy, including technical and business functions to support the growth of iRobot's DTC businessAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Martech system capabilities, drive workflow improvements, optimizing automation, streamlining processes, and influencing vendor/internal product roadmaps.Create and establish operational objectives and policies. Establish training materials and working around center of excellence model. Support North America, APAC and EMEAWork with high complexity Martech programs and identify and develop solutions for customer journey roadmapLead biweekly meetings to sync and align commercial and marketing operations roadmap. Responsible to communicate project status updates to stakeholders on regular basisWork alongside global cross-functional teams to manage product and platform priorities and resourcingManaging Budget responsibilities for Vendors, Suppliers, and Salesforce platformsHands on Leader supporting day-to-day operations of the SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) platform, new marketing capabilities and troubleshoot incidentsEnsure architecture reviews across multiple platforms and integration points within DTCAccountable for managing product statuses and effectively communicating therein to all internal stakeholders and partnersPartner with internal QA and release management teams for all development releasesCenter of Excellence Oversee change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rolloutsOversee training of marketing software and user adoptionTo Be Successful You Will Have:

6+ years of Martech platform management experience with strong understanding of its functions and operations; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.3+ years' experience working on global and/or multi-language Martech technical implementationsBachelor's DegreeExperience leading a teamExperience managing resources and vendorsExperience working cross-functionally across a global org including Commercial and Marketing stakeholders, data engineers, across Digital, R&D and IT orgs.You love building and enhancing marketing platforms and experiences, automated journeys, and driving strategy for improvement and iterationYou are strategic, action-oriented and are a self-starter. You identify and prioritize critical initiatives and can lead the charge from initiative to executionStrong experience understanding technical aspects of DTC and business drivers
