Position Overview:

Lead development and execution of the NA marketing strategy in order to ensure further market penetration of the Provizio® SEM Scanner and launch of the PIPPA digital tool. Role is initially NA focus with potential for geographic expansion in the future.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and internally communicate an exceptional understanding of NA healthcare policy & stakeholders maps; define the strategy and provide briefings to the leadership team on the opportunities/ implications for the solution.Develop and execute the strategy and tactics including market entry/marketing & training materials and key messages to communicate the solutions value proposition to clinical and non-clinical customer (e.g., C&D Suite/ Regulators/Providers ).Lead the brand management of the Bruin Biometrics/ Provizio SEM Scanner and PIPPA brands.Work with Bruin Biometrics leadership team to guide the PIPPA launch into key customers based on market segmentation in NA initially with potential for geographic expansion in the future.Responsible for planning and execution of key marketing campaigns and activities. Oversee digital campaigns and assets such as www.sem-scanner.com and myPIPPA.com websites & social media platforms.Liaise and support Commercial Team to achieve the ongoing commercialization of the solution, including supporting solution training as required. Ensuring User Documentation are accurately maintained and available as required.Project manage scientific communications tactics e.g., conferences, roundtables, advisory boards, case studies and scientific meetings in close liaison with the VP Medical Affairs.Lead in gathering market and competitive radar data.Manage and collaborate with local marketing agencies.Responsible for managing the marketing budget and relationships with agencies as relevant.Requirements:

5+ years of market development, product management, marketing experience, preferably in the science or medical-related field (i.e., medical device, diagnostics, health technology). Note: the portfolio is focused on the pressure injury prevention segment - experience in wound care would be an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious marketing experience within a healthcare environment especially device and digital tools. Clinical experience and/or acumen a plus.Experience of working with key opinion leaders in the healthcare setting is a key requirement.An interest in how change is achieved in a medical settingAn interest in or understanding of wound care policyAbility to execute on a daily basisExcellent communication and relationship skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience or comfort working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment (preferred)Strong computer software skills, including expertise with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.A willingness and ability to travel (e.g., conferences, visits to the distributor/manufacturing facilities).To perform all activities in compliance with relevant Quality Management System
