Employer: Audible, Inc.Title: UX Design LeadLocation: 1 Washington Park, Newark, NJ, 07102Duties: Analyze user interface problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements. Create user-centered designs by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, technical constraints and opportunities, and usability findings. Work closely with the Business Team to develop use cases and high-level requirements. Create process flows, experience maps, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors. Develop and maintain detailed user interface specifications. Provide designs that address web, mobile, tablet and ten-foot user interface innovations. Partner with development teams to build experience. Provide appropriate design specifications, create assets and review finished interfaces. Position reports into Newark, NJ office; however, telecommuting from a home office may be allowed.Requirements: Requires a Master’s in Design, Industrial Design, Technology, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience as a Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or a related occupation.Experience may be gained concurrently and must include one (1) year in each of the following:-Designing digital products and applications across web and mobile that align with customer needs and business goals, from concept and information architecture to final UI-Working with stakeholders and user research insights to resolve ambiguous design problems-Articulating the basis of design decisions to leadership and stakeholders, and responding effectively to feedback-Device-based information architecture and design-Utilizing usability principles and testing techniques-Using Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite-Preparing mock-ups and style guides using visual design-Using prototyping and motion design tools including Figma, Framer, and HTML/CSS.Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of described experience.Multiple positions.
