Receiving customer's and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner.Constant communication with your service technicians.Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians.Selling the recommendations from your technicians.Assisting our service customers at checkoutPrompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready.Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles.Managing loaner and rental scheduleQualifications
