The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for interacting with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, requests, concerns and requests about products and services.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling customer inquiries, providing quotes, enter and track orders.

Project management of installations and coordination with installers across the US

Manage the studio's social media accounts.

Miscellaneous Administrative (general help in studio; manage customer orders for shipping, courier/delivery, or pick-up; administrative/ light bookkeeping for president)

Core Functions:

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to faceRespond promptly to customer inquiriesHandle and resolve customer complaintsObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiriesProvide pricing and delivery informationPerform customer verificationsSet up new customer accountsProcess orders, forms, applications and requestsHelp organize workflow to meet customer timeframesDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resourceManage customers' accountsKeep records of customer interactions and transactionsPrepare and distribute customer activity reportsMaintain customer databasesManage administrationCommunicate and coordinate with internal teamsFollow up on customer interactionsProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processTrack marketing and social media campaignsHandle updates for portfolio of work to social media, blogs, marketing for campaigns with developed contentHelp maintain and update studio website as neededCustomer satisfaction calls and help seek opportunities to drive further business opportunitiesOther Required Skills:

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
