Role overview:

Key responsibilities:

Content creation:

Support and drive our content marketing strategy; Craft, manage and grow our comprehensive library of compelling, high impact thought leadership and marketing collateral that resonates with executives and clients and connects to our business strategy.

Strategic campaign management:

Take the lead on executing key campaigns; Oversee project timelines, manage stakeholder relations, and creatively distribute content to support the Head of Content, Brand, and Engagement.

PR/partner management:

Lead the PR efforts for the team, collaborating with our PR firm, key external content partners, and internal thought leaders to generate compelling articles and other initiatives that align with our business goals and perspectives.

Vendor/contractor management:

Oversee vendors and contractors in support of content creation and PR

Brand voice:

Act as steward of the BTS brand voice, collaborating with BTS experts globally to distill complex insights and client stories into coherent and impactful messaging.

Internal communications:

Lead and manage the distribution of marketing updates and materials across various channels, including Slack and internal newsletters, ensuring effective reach and engagement within the organization.

Website and digital content:

Elevate our voice and online presence through SEO-optimized thought leadership posts and engaging web copy.

Global content strategy and onboarding:

Play a critical role in executing on the creation and implementation of a global content strategy and facilitate the onboarding process for new team members to ensure alignment and coherence in content delivery.

Required qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in content marketing for senior B2B audiences.Experience demonstrating credibility and working with senior stakeholders and experts.High degree of proficiency in project and time management with a keen attention to detail.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate initiative.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pardot, and Wordpress.Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred qualifications:

Background in professional services marketing.Understanding of buyers of professional services.Experience with PR.Proven ability to craft marketing messages that engage business leaders and professionals.Experience creating and delivering email campaigns, newsletters, etc.Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).Experience with generative AI technologies and digital content creation, including podcasting and media editing.Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.Multilingual capabilities.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
