We're looking for an amazing addition to join our Performance Marketing team as Manager, Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling an affiliate program from the ground up, including strategy development, partner recruitment, and performance optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in affiliate marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector, who can drive significant growth and revenue through effective partner management. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with affiliates.

This role reports into a Boston-based Manager, and works primarily with a US-based team across multiple time zones.

How You'll Make a Difference

Own and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing program that drives incremental growth while aligning to broader marketing initiativesApply strategic, critical eye towards partner assessment; ensure smooth onboarding, and cultivate relationships with high-potential affiliates, including industry influencers, comparison sites, associations and moreTrack, analyze, report and optimize program to keep stakeholders informed and scale growth efficiently testing into new partners and incentivesPartner with cross-functional Marketing teams including Content, Product Marketing, Web and Creative to ensure ensuring consistent messaging and branding and streamlined asset delivery for affiliate enablementNavigate cross-department conversations legal and finance to ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal and finance requirementsOptimize full user experience from affiliate link through to sign up and conversion to paying customerSupport forecasting and global budget management to ensure accurate spend and pacing, and help with monthly billing process including invoice tracking and reconciliation for activated mediaManage agency partner, ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest-standardsWho You Are

8+ years of digital media experience, with minimum of 5 years within affiliate marketing; experience with other performance media channels (e.g. Paid Search, Product Listing etc.) a plusDeep understanding of affiliate marketing space: networks, platforms, and analytics and martech (Site analytics, CRM, CMS etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and cross-functional teamStrong understanding of measurement and experience with different attribution modelsDetailed-oriented with keen sense of curiosity and critical thinking skills to be able to prevent issues from happeningStrong Excel experience with ability to manage large data sets across multiple sources e.g. Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, SalesforceStrong organizational, time management and collaboration skills with ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, agile and high growth environmentIdeal candidate will also have B2B/SAAS Paid marketing experience (global would be preferred)

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:

$124,000-$186,000 USD
