Job Description

The Client Partner at Metia Solutions is a strategic leader with a global focus, responsible for one or more key accounts. They expertly manage the Metia account/delivery teams to ensure exceptional service and outcomes. The Client Partner orchestrates executives and subject matter experts to drive account growth, while building influential relationships at senior levels and across the organization. They are tasked with growing revenues and expanding Metia's presence within their account, across geographies and business units, as well as broadening the range of services utilized by the account. As a key interface, they report and liaise directly with the Chief Customer Officer and President on account performance.There is a team revenue expectation of 5 million dollars per year.The Client Partner is an accomplished solution seller, adept at selling all company offerings tailored to each client's specific problems or pain points. They are also responsible for team management - developing and enhancing core team skills, capabilities, and culture. They contribute significantly to the overall culture and performance of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities• Manage strategic global accounts, ensuring exceptional service and outcomes.• Direct Metia account/delivery teams for effective account management.• Orchestrate executives and subject matter experts to facilitate account growth.• Build and foster relationships at senior levels and across the organization.• Drive revenue growth and expand Metia's presence within the account.• Increase the range of services utilized within the account.• Report and liaise on account performance directly with the CCO and President.• Meet or exceed a team revenue expectation of over 5 million dollars per year.• Leverage solution selling techniques to align all company offerings to the client's needs.• Manage and develop team skills, capabilities, and culture.• Contribute positively to the overall culture and performance of the business.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications Required• Proven experience in a strategic account management role, ideally within a marketing agency.• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels across organizations.• Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.• Proficiency in solution selling and aligning company offerings to client needs.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Understanding of global markets and the ability to expand presence within accounts.• Proven experience reporting to and liaising with high-level executives.• Ability to cultivate a positive team culture and enhance team capabilities.• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the overall performance and culture of the business.
