The Role

The Executive Assistant will provide support to a senior leader within the Music and Comedy Touring Department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, diplomatic, and is comfortable working with colleagues and executives across all parts of the organization. In addition to general administrative duties, this role would be ideal for someone who has interest in organizational management, and contributing ideas and solutions to provide exceptional support.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative duties include heavy phones, emails, coordinating meetings and schedules, scheduling travel, preparing expense reports, creating and maintaining presentations, producing correspondence, and general office management tasksServe as point of contact for colleagues, clients, agents/executives, and other industry connectionsAnticipate executive's needs; proactively provide support and resources to ensure success & thinking not only about the task at hand, but what will be needed 2 or 3 steps after that.Self-starter able to oversee project management in partnership with executiveAssist with special projects, research, and compiling information as neededUphold a strict level of confidentiality at all timesMaintain working knowledge of the music & comedy industries and best practicesQualifications

BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred1+ years providing administrative support to a busy executiveAble to maintain organization and composure while anticipating needs in a high pressure situations with rapidly changing prioritiesHandle highly confidential and/or sensitive departmental matters with discretion and tactExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong follow-through and attention to detailAbility to think ahead and solve for current and future steps in problems and projectsExcellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skillsService oriented with a strong desire to pitch in to help team membersExcellent judgment with respect to representing CAA to buyers, business world, etc

Location

This position is based out of the Nashville office.

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $25.00-$33.00. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
