Manager on Duty when Studio Manager is out, ensuring daily production is met and member experience is held to a high standardAssist in coordinating initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems, including meeting performance metrics through membership salesManage, monitor, coach-develop and evaluate the performance of all Sales AssociatesCompliance and adherence to Business Policies for daily studio operationsAssist with training and scheduling of all studio staffModel all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)Responsible for New Hire onboarding and delivery of initial Sales Associate training scheduleEnsure that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Guest Registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and document scanningProvide and maintain the highest level of customer service, using effective decision-making to help resolve customer service issuesManage social media platforms, social calendars, and monthly newsletter, using marketing tools for effective community involvementResponsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally soundAssistant Studio Manager Qualifications:

Proven sales and leadership experience is requiredMust possess excellent leadership skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and membersStrong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanorSolid verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work and function in a team environmentFlexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as neededPassionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goalsPrevious management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly preferredCompensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
