Job Description
Position Summary:
The Graphic Design Sr. Specialist is part of the Creative team. This role contributes to the success of the company by designing and producing print and digital collateral as well as various marketing and advertising materials. The Sr. Specialist supports our vision by achieving brand and trend-forward style and projects this image throughout all our marketing materials and projects.
Additional Information:This is a permanent, full-time salary positionPortfolios of previous work will be requestedOur Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138This role participates in our hybrid schedule
Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.
Major Duties Include:
Designs and produces various printed materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, business cards, signage, etc.Designs and produces digital material such as emails, company website content, social media posts, etc.Manages projects from idea to implementation using timelines, to do lists, and appropriate follow upEnhances images by color correcting and resizing of photographsBrainstorms and translate strategic direction from the Creative and Marketing team to produce high-quality designs within an established brand identityObtains price quotes from external vendors for materials, printing etc.Edits and proofs copy and item information on projectsEngages in research by reviewing trade publications, websites, and competitor material to remain at the forefront of emerging design trends and tools in the marketConsistently produce a high volume of quality work while meeting approval deadline; presenting creative work to the team for feedbackEnsures the FOH® assets management platform is continuously updated with current designs, images, logos, and other assets for brand consistency throughout the entire organizationAssists with off-site and in-studio photo shoots, product photography as neededRecords personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance recordsActively participates in all one-on-one and group meetingsPerforms other duties assignedPromotes our FOH® Culture in all interactionsQualifications
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related fieldMinimum 4+ years' experience in graphic design or related fieldProficient in Microsoft ApplicationsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorFamiliar with project management softwareSkills Needed for Success:
Receptive to the creative process while enthusiastically receiving feedbackPresentation and public speaking skillsFollows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlinesStress and time management skillsAnalytical, creative, practical problem-solving skillsCustomer service and interpersonal skillsWork collaboratively and as part of a diverse teamCommunicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writingProject management skills and strong attention to detailTech- savvinessActive-listening skillsDesired Characteristics and Qualifications:
