About this Role:

The Senior Studio Manager is responsible for the team development, financial performance, operational excellence of multiple studios within an assigned area. The Senior Studio Manager serves as a market lead influencing performance, offering development, and ensuring brand standards.

Delivers a first in class service experienceCultivates loyal ‘fan’ and ‘superfan’ client base and builds communityIs a brand advocate and accountable to share the brand storyEducates clients on service and retail offerings, and upgradesDriving Studio Revenue & KPIs

Develops business plans to achieve key business drivers for assigned studiosDrives gross margin by managing studio utilization and optimizationManages all facets of the businessIdentifies opportunities to maximize staffing levels across studiosDrives revenue based on achieving studio budgetsActively sources opportunities for in-studio events and buy-outsTraining and Development / employee journey

Responsible for the onboarding and training of new team members in the marketProvides ongoing training and development for studio teamsIdentifies top talent and creates career progression plansDevelops a bench of talent for succession planningWho You Are:
