Round Hill Music Company is a full-service lifestyle store selling vinyl records, apparel, and high-end guitars. We are an authorized dealer for many top brands and will be operating a physical store in the affluent downtown area of Greenwich, CT.
What we need:
We are in search of a manager to oversee the development, implementation and growth of a globally optimized e-commerce platform using Shopify.
What would be your key responsibilities?
• Manage our e-commerce website with Shopify and optimize all aspects of its global reach.
• Upload new products and images to websites, handle online sales, work with online customers.
• Manage all social media accounts and implement growth campaigns to attract new customers.
• Manage all email marketing campaigns.
• Create an online identity with a modern and luxurious aesthetic. Creation of photo and video segments for social media. Creative photography, videography and implementation of a new and unique marketing voice which caters to our affluent clientele.
• Generate monthly reports to monitor engagement metrics.
• SEO Website optimization, Google Ad Words, Photography archiving for search optimization.
• Aid sales staff with physical shipping, on-floor sales, in-person events and promotions.
Requirements
• 3-5 years' experience managing an E-Commerce platform
• Expertise in Shopify, website design and E-commerce optimization. Knowledge of Shopify apps, AI integration and global sales management.
• Photography and Videography skills and editing capabilities a MUST
• Proven track record of marketing campaign growth, engagement metrics, email marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of guitars a plus
• Must be able to work on-site
