SUMMER SCHOOL GRAPHIC DESIGN TEACHER:Township High School District 113 is currently seeking a Graphic Design teacher who can guide students to widen their understanding of the Elements and Principles of Art & Design, expand upon creative thinking skills, and gain basic advertising and marketing know-how. Current industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Flash are used to create a variety of projects that relate both to business applications and artistic development. Projects include logo design, layout design, website design, package design, advertising design, and more

The teacher would provide instruction at Deerfield High School during term 2 of Summer School, 7/1 - 7/18 (a total of 12 days) between 8:50 AM and 2:10 PM. Compensation for the semester is $3,876.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS:Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate endorsementsLicense registered with Lake County ROE 34.
