Responsibilities

The SVP of Marketing will be an integral member of the practice growth leadership team. As the SVP of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams that drive the continued growth and success of our partner practices. You will have responsibility for leading practice-facing marketing activities, as well as contributing to a long-term strategy for continued practice growth, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. You will also have responsibility for leading certain elements of corporate marketing for Imagen, including in support of business development and employer branding.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented self-starter who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and juggling a multitude of priorities with ease. You enjoy managing complex projects, fostering win-win partnerships, and delighting our doctors and practice team members with results driven deliverables.

What You'll DoStrategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that surveys the macro environment, competitive landscape, emerging and industry trends, practice needs, and current business objectives.Data-driven decision-making: Provide thought leadership and direct data analytics and market research to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and measure performance against KPIs.Coordinate and oversee project implementation and integration of marketing services for newly onboarded partner practices within defined deadlines and timelines.Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, online reputation management and events in partnership with operations, business development and other leadership.Partner with Web Designer/Developer to ensure management or redesign of website for partner practices are achieved in accordance with growth plan.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's market(s), market segments, competitive landscape, and competitive positioning.Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive optimal performance.Oversee the development of creative assets, including practice branding, messaging, and visual materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to the overall company's brand guidelines.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, industry influencers, and media outlets.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications

A contemporary strategic marketer with demonstrated tangible successes, who has strong business acumen and change management leadership skills.10+ years of experience as a marketing leader in a multi-site healthcare services environment.Bachelor's degree required.Proven experience in working with and advising leaders on business opportunities and issues.Successful track record of using data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making-combined with creativity and innovative thinking.Excellent track record in managing, motivating, and supporting people building a cohesive Marketing unit, as well as attracting and retaining outstanding talent.Possesses strong collaboration and teamwork skills and can gain and develop strong relationships across the organization. Ability to challenge the status quo and lead to new thinking about the brand, customer experience and marketing programs.Displays a high degree of organizational agility - the ability to manage multiple projects, the comfort to influence without always having direct control, and the savvy to navigate complex situations with multiple stakeholders.The ideal candidate will be interested in working in a fast-paced, high-growth and performance driven organization and enjoy tackling the complex challenges associated with early-stage start-up.Ability to travel up to 10% as needed for training and to perform job functions.
