POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

As the Designer, you will collaborate with the Engineers to strategically design & draft the customer-specific Refinery Valve current products and assist with new product development from engineering specifications using ProE/Creo 4.0 and AutoCAD. Develop, prepare, and check complex models, assemblies, drawings, ECOs, and bills of materials. Responsible for recognizing, identifying, and correcting product design for manufacturability and functionality.

Principal Activities

You will:Work closely and collaborate with engineers and engineering management.Design hydraulic and actuator control systems according to customer specifications and industry standards.Prepare general arrangement and fabrication drawings for HPUs and actuators using ProE/Creo 4.0.Prepare hydraulic schematics and wiring diagrams for the control system using AutoCAD.Research adequate components and instruments for the control system according to the project specification.Contact and communicate requirements to suppliers and gather information for accurate product evaluation and selection.Prepare the Bill of Material, Factory Acceptance Test procedures, Installation and operation Manual, Instrument Datasheet, and other project-required documentation.Crosscheck drawings & bill of materials for others to minimize revision changes.Assist manufacturing in assembly, troubleshooting, and testing the control system.Job Requirements:

Detail-oriented, excellent time management skills, and the ability to problem-solve design techniquesAble to interpret technical documents, drawings, regulations, and specificationsAbility to visualize objects in 3DProven skillset in design to manufacturing assembliesExcellent oral and written communication skills (English)Proficient working knowledge of designing/drafting using ProE/Creo 4.0 and AutoCADSolid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes involved in production and assembly.Education & Experience

Associate degree in drafting and design.Minimum additional 1-2 years experience working in a design-to-manufacture environment, preferably designing large equipment using GD&T principles and in weldments, exploded assemblies, etc.Our Benefits:
