Holding a BA or Visual Merchandising Certificate is preferred, coupled with at least 2 years of visual merchandising or retail experience, with a preference for luxury sector exposure. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is essential, while familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm for their work and be receptive to constructive criticism, exhibiting a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to updates in the field. This candidate must have the ability to capture high-quality photos and be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting weights exceeding 40 pounds. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including occasional work outside regular hours to support events. Direct merchandising and in-store experience with a keen eye for detail and perfection are crucial attributes for this role, with prior experience in fine jewelry being a plus. Strong team player and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels within the organization.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will be responsible for consistently updating in store visual merchandising and maintenance with high attention to detail and ensure that all Van Cleef & Arpels Visual guidelines are being implemented in the boutique.

In this role, you will:

Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in the boutique

Regularly update in store visual merchandising with high attention to detailEnsure monthly Visual Guidelines are being implementedImplement boutique zoning with the Regional Visual MerchandiserMeet regularly with Boutique Director and the Regional Visual Merchandiser to ensure Visual needs are being metCommunicate regularly with PR team to replace/update merchandise on display and anticipate product moves, photo shoots and consignmentsRegularly train boutique teams on Visual MerchandisingEnsure correct PLV and Signage is displayed and maintainedUse Yoobic Visual Merchandising App weekly to share what is currently on displayCreate quarterly reports of the Visual Merchandising, evaluating and summarizing outcomes of the store zoning and visible assortment.Work with security to properly document daily product moves and adjust window value for special eventsShare Visual Merchandising success storiesSupport all maintenance needs in the boutique

Handle full lifecycle of wide range maintenance requests from start to finishDevelop relationships with all local vendors to facilitate expediency and priority interventionAbility to escalate and/or deescalate communication on support needed from Corporate teamProactivity in bringing creative solutions to ensure efficiencyMaintain overall boutique appearance

Maintain/update library appearanceBe the key point person with the florist to ensure guidelines are followed, flowers are fresh and delivered on timeOversee boutique staging and tidinessInstall seasonal window animation kits

Receive window animation kits and install per guidelinesProvide photo recap via the Yoobic AppRecycle kits as per the guidelines that are communicatedCoordinate and implement Visual Merchandising needs around Events, Launches & Client Presentations

Work with the Regional Visual Merchandiser and to implement special merchandising for eventsBe onsite at boutique events to help with Visual Merchandising needsWork with Sales Associates to merchandise displays for client presentations
