Description:These graphic design roles will be supporting residential and business marketing teams. Someone with 2+ years of graphic design experience as well as experience with email coding (Comet) and HTML5. Assets could include (but are not limited to) digital static, HTML5 and Out of Home advertisements, email, web, social media, direct mail, print ads, infographics and other tactics. Takes ownership for assigned subject areas, achieving a deep understanding of the customer problem and developing visually unique ways to engage the audience. We support company communications, product marketing, and operational marketing communications. We are looking to expand our team by adding 2 more graphic designers. Responsibilities: The selected candidates will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphic products to achieve desired customer behaviors and outputs. The work will involve producing digital statics, print ads, post work, web content, emails, and marketing materials. A significant part of the role will be campaign-focused one-off work. The graphic designers will primarily support product marketing in two areas: energy efficiency projects and residential energy reduction. Requirements: Candidates must have a portfolio for review. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, understand design principles, be able to multitask, meet strict deadlines, and produce a high volume of work. They should also have strong attention to detail and be organized. Preferred Skills: Candidates with photography skills and experience with After Effects for video support will have an advantage. We currently have a gap in our team with regards to photography. We also value candidates who understand the process of documenting their work.
