Flexographic Press Assistant:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a
Press Assistant (link removed) This role involves assisting with various tasks related to press operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Support press operations by assisting in setup and running
Manage loading and unloading of print sleeves and materials
Conduct quality inspections of press sheets
Handle ink management and viscosity checks
Clean and maintain press equipment
Monitor and change solvent/waste drums
Perform preventive maintenance tasks
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Dependable and willing to learn
Able to follow directions and basic math skills
Proficient in English reading and writing
Familiarity with standard unit tape measure
Strong commitment to cleanliness and organization
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends
Team player attitude
