FACADE Designer

Do you have a strong understanding of building facades and a keen eye for aesthetics? If so, we are looking for a Facade Designer to join our team and help create visually stunning and functional building exteriors.Responsibilities:Design and Conceptualization: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing facade designs that meet project requirements and client expectations.Material Selection: Research, select, and specify appropriate materials for facade construction, taking into account factors such as durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.Detailed Drawings: Create detailed design drawings, blueprints, and specifications that clearly communicate the design intent to construction teams.Code Compliance: Ensure that facade designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.3D Modeling: Utilize 3D modeling software to create visual representations of facade designs, allowing for a better understanding of the final product.Cost Estimation: Work closely with project managers and cost estimators to develop accurate cost estimates for facade construction.Construction Support: Provide on-site support during construction to ensure that the facade is implemented according to the design and quality standards.Quality Control: Conduct inspections and quality control checks to verify that the finished facade meets the design specifications and client expectations.Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in facade design and construction to continually improve design processes and outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in architecture, architectural engineering, or a related field.
