Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing and communication materials. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.
Qualifications and Skills
1-3 years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of design principles and techniquesExcellent creativity and artistic skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelinesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website graphics, etc.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the design requirements and deliver creative solutionsDevelop and maintain a consistent brand identity through all design materialsStay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure the designs are innovative and up-to-dateManage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesContribute to the overall improvement of the design team by sharing knowledge and ideas
