Head Cashier
to join Fashion Factory, at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (link removed) As the Head Cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing all cash transactions, supervising the cashier team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the cash desk. This is a full-time position with a salary range based on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 12th pass/ Diploma/ Undergrads/ Graduates/ Post GraduatesProven experience as a cashier or in a similar roleFamiliarity with cash handling procedures and POS systemsStrong mathematical skills and attention to detailExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam management and leadership skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksKnowledge of fashion and lifestyle products is a plusFresher: More than 3years of experience
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee all cash transactions and ensure accurate handling of cashSupervise the cashier team and provide guidance as neededEnsure that the cash desk is always manned and operationalHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional mannerMaintain a clean and organized cash desk areaPrepare daily cash and sales reportsMonitor and maintain cash registers and perform regular cash countsAssist in training new cashiers and provide ongoing support and coachingImplement and enforce cash handling procedures and policiesCollaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
