Qualifications and Skills
4 to 6 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar roleStrong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniquesProficient in design software and toolsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesEffective communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of current fashion and retail trendsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task effectively
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and create visually appealing displays and store layouts to attract and engage customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelinesResponsible for the overall visual aesthetic of the storeConduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide guidance to store staffStay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into visual merchandising strategiesManage and maintain visual merchandising fixtures, props, and display materialsMonitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to optimize visual merchandising strategiesEnsure all visual merchandising activities comply with health and safety regulations
