Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead and oversee allmarketing initiatives at Spintly. This leadership role is crucial in driving the companysgrowth, market positioning, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be based out ofour Bangalore office and will lead a team to create, implement, and manage comprehensivemarketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute innovativemarketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customeracquisition, aligning with company objectives.2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring theteams alignment with company goals and driving individual and collective success.3. Brand Management: Enhance brand positioning, ensuring consistent brandmessaging across all platforms and marketing campaigns.4. Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product and sales teams to developeffective product marketing strategies and sales enablement tools.5. Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to maximize online presence and customer engagement.

6. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify

opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to adapt marketing strategies.7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degreepreferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior marketing position, preferably withinthe technology or SaaS industry.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives with demonstrableresults.Prior experience managing a marketing team.
