This position requires NYC working in a hybrid environment where you'll be coming into the office 3+ days per week. This is not an internship or new grad position as we are seeking experienced individuals.
What you'll do
Lead design and UX for our core product; contribute to the design process from ideation to prioritization to launchCollaborate directly with our PM and Engineering Leads to transform company strategy into prioritized initiatives in the roadmap and identify the right problems to solveBe opinionated and leverage a direct line to our customers to solicit insights. Explore solutions, draft prototypes, and dive into user feedback/data to identify points of friction and improvement opportunities for every initiativeWork with the rest of the design team to evolve our long-term product vision, design systems, brand guidelines, and internal design collaboration processManage the current design team, help us hire more amazing people to grow the team, and bring diverse perspectives to our design processWho you are
Minimum of 6+ years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience, or equivalentExperience working with PMs and Engineers building and shipping B2B softwareExperience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design and low & high-fidelity prototyping in FigmaBackground in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding & identity, and typographyExcellent communication and collaboration skills
