Develop Marketing Strategy

: Create effective marketing plans based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. •

Content Creation and Management

: Create content for our social media, email newsletters, and blogs, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding that will grab consumer's attention. •

Email Marketing

: Plan, execute, and improve email marketing campaigns and newsletters within MailChimp, maintain email lists, and analyze metrics to improve strategies. •

Social Media Management

: Maintain our monthly content calendar, coordinate and create social media content from start to finish, and manage all commenting and direct messaging across channels. •

Brand and Market Research

: Ensure brand consistency, conduct market and competitive research, and prepare monthly reports on competitor activities. •

Project and Event Coordination

: Organize and manage marketing projects, develop project plans, coordinate team calls, and support external events including marketing and logistics. •

Collaboration and Support

: Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with company goals, support marketing functions, and maintain a positive team environment. •

Budget Management

: Develop and manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and report on budget utilization and ROI. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a small business or startup environment. • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. • Proficiency in social media management and email marketing platforms. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
