Marketing/Events Specialist

Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.

We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Specialist/Events Coordinator in the Vancouver, Washington market.

Job Description:

Make our phone ring!

Plan and execute a coordinated marketing plan

Work with Sales Manager to understand and meet lead demand on a weekly basis

Generate, confirm and disperse Leads

Manage overall marketing budget and spend to maintain a 10% cost of marketing or less

Negotiate and purchase media buys for TV, Radio, and News Paper

Manage all Lead sources and vendors (to include but not limited to: Social media, PPC, Print, and TV)

Work with Website developer to increase content and brand awareness

Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory

Recruit, hire, train, and schedule Event Demonstrators

Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation during and after the Events and Shows

Measure and report results

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Marketing experience

Strong communications skills

Positive, outgoing personality

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to coach, train and motivate others

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Must be available to work weekends

Compensation is Performance Base (hourly, plus performance-based bonuses)
