The Senior Manager of Events and Trade Shows will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact events and trade shows that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and a proven track record in managing large-scale events and trade shows.
What you'll be doing :Develop and implement comprehensive event and trade show strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and trade shows, including logistics, vendor management, staffing, and on-site management.Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.Manage relationships with event venues, suppliers, and partners.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events and trade shows.Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize event attendance and engagement.Communicate event plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and other key stakeholders.Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for events.Track and report on event expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings.Represent BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed.We'd love to chat if you have:
8+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on trade shows and large-scale events.Experience in a B2B environment.Fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines.Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in event management software and tools.Ability to travel as needed. (~25%)The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
